Tricia’s creations look as good as they taste, and she makes them from only the very freshest of ingredients. No matter what style or flavour you choose, it will be a feast for your eyes as well as a treat for your taste buds!

Tricia is a well-known specialty cake designer, and has been creating wedding cakes and celebration designs since 1985.

Tricia was a long term member of the Delta Whistler Resort Pastry team, she has done extensive work on plate and pastry designs and won numerous awards for her work.

During a meeting or phone call, you can choose a cake that suites your individual tastes and styles.  The design of your wedding cake can reflect your wedding theme and your relationship. We can even tie the design and fabrics of the bride’s dress into the décor of the cake!

We have a wide selection of photographs to view, or you may bring in inspiration photos, or you if have your own ideas we can elaborate on those as well and create the perfect piece.

Our specialties include: white velvet butter cake with fresh lemon curd filling, covered with Italian meringue buttercream, or rich chocolate lover cake with delicious chocolate ganache, or even healthy carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream. Or we can dream up any combination of these.

Cakes can be decorated with Italian meringue buttercream in any style you like. Rolled fondant is a very popular and modern choice imparting a lovely smooth look to your cake, and finished off with royal icing for a delicate design.

Tricia creates fabulous swags, ribbons, bows, and flowers in either Rolled Fondant or Pastiage.

Fresh flowers and vines are also an excellent way to finish off the look of your cake.

Popular winter designs include the special skier cake or snowflakes on fondant cake. Summer wedding couples love the fresh look of the basket weave cake covered with fresh flowers for wonderful outdoor Whistler Weddings.
